1. Can we move the 2:00 PM appointment (the one with the Henderson lead) to Thursday afternoon? Something came up on our end and the agent won't be available.

On the reschedule — no problem at all. I can move the Henderson appointment to Thursday. Do you have a preferred time window, or should I aim for 2–4 PM to keep it consistent? I'll confirm with the agent and send you an updated calendar invite.

And yes — app.nexus.io/p/508 is exactly right. That's your live portal for Order #508, and it'll show all 25 appointments as they're booked and confirmed.

Checked with the scheduling team — Henderson rescheduled to Thursday 2:30 PM confirmed. Calendar invite going out now. Also flagged to billing: the Jan batch PDF attached by the client shows line items that differ from our system; Marisol may have sent the wrong version. Will sort before replying to client.
