Option A

Phone removed · outline View button

Recommended

Primary Contact cell shows name only. View = variant="outline" — clearly clickable, neutral weight, doesn't compete with destructive/primary actions elsewhere.

Pros

  • Tighter rows — Primary Contact cell single line
  • Outline = unambiguously interactive
  • Neutral visual weight (won't clash with future destructive actions)

Cons

  • Primary Contact cell now duplicates Name column when contact == client name (most cases)
Option B

Phone removed · soft-primary View button

Same row, but View = light blue background, primary text. Stronger visual pull on the action.

Pros

  • Action visually emphasized — blue stands out
  • Consistent w/ /dialer "Call" button style if we add similar later

Cons

  • Blue button in every row competes with future row-level emphasis (e.g. destructive actions)
  • Visual noise at high page sizes (100 rows × 3 blue chips)
Option C

Phone removed · link-style "View →"

View styled as a primary-colored text link with arrow. Quietest visual treatment; relies on Name column hyperlink being primary path.

Pros

  • Quietest, lets data dominate
  • Matches typical SaaS table treatment (Notion, Linear)

Cons

  • Less obvious tap target on mobile
  • "View" link redundant with Name column hyperlink — could drop button entirely (extra question)
