Spec 5 — Direction A, harmonized with the real table

Placement is settled: one table on /template-groups/[id], the separate emerald Spec 5 section deleted. These three options differ only in how much picker info we surface and how visual it is. All three render against a faithful copy of the real template list (its actual columns, badges, and ghost Actions buttons) and use only the existing stack — no new look, no new deps.

What shipped (and is being replaced): the original Direction-A mockup → live built a second emerald-tinted table below the existing one, with its own color palette, a Sheet drawer, and a separate "Exclude from rotation" button. That second table is what you flagged as not matching the system. Everything below folds the picker data into the table that's already there.
Shared by all three
1. Minimal harmony  — one new column: Share
Add a single Share column = next-blast allocation %. Plain tabular-nums text, 📌 + floor when pinned. No raw score. The table looks like today's with exactly one extra column and one extra Actions button.
RECOMMENDED — max harmony, lowest risk

Pros

  • Closest to today's table — zero re-learning
  • Hardest to mis-read; no chart vocabulary
  • Smallest build, lowest regression risk

Cons

  • No window into why a template gets its share
  • Relative allocation harder to eyeball than a bar
2. Share + Score  — two new columns
Option 1 plus a Score column — the raw weighted number behind the share, colored with the shared template-color-classes vocabulary (same green/red as Spec 1 / Spec 4). Answers "why is this favored?" for power users.

Pros

  • Transparency — admin sees the signal, not just the outcome
  • Reuses shared color helpers → consistent with sibling pages

Cons

  • Raw score is abstract; most admins act on Share
  • One more column on an already-wide CRUD table
3. Share as an inline bar  — one column, more visual
One Share column, drawn as a thin neutral allocation bar + % label so relative weight is scannable at a glance; a small caret marks the pin floor. Deliberately monochrome slate — not the emerald that drew the complaint.

Pros

  • Relative allocation readable in one glance
  • Pin floor visible as a marker on the bar
  • Best "feel" of the three (subtle motion on refresh)

Cons

  • Bars are closest to the decoration that drew the complaint — must stay strictly monochrome
  • Slightly more build + a tiny bar component to test

Reply in terminal which direction (1 / 2 / 3). Mixing is fine — e.g. ship 1 now, add option 2's Score later behind a toggle.
