Spec 1 — C-v2: denser collapsed row

Same C-style row + expand, with A's column density inline. Two variants — pick how many columns.

C-v2a · 7 columns Recommended

Pros

  • 5 perf metrics visible without expanding — beats vanilla C
  • Each cell shows % + raw count → no second-class data
  • Column headers still sortable like A
  • Body fully readable on expand + actions still live in detail
  • Color-coding signals good/warn/bad at-a-glance

Cons

  • Two-line cells make collapsed row ~52px high (vs ~36px in vanilla C)
  • Failed % is the rate but raw count more actionable for ops debugging
C-v2b · 8 columns (full A parity)
Adds a dedicated Failed column with raw count next to Delivered, so the ops/debug story (e.g. carrier rejections) is one click less. Tighter cells.

Pros

  • Full A parity — failed count + % both surfaced
  • Ops can debug carrier rejection patterns without expanding

Cons

  • Failed appears twice (count cell + % cell) — redundancy
  • 8 cols + body cuts body cell to ~280px on a 1400px screen
  • Visual noise — harder to scan opt-out (the metric most decisions hinge on)

↑ Both variants — column headers sortable; default sort = opt-out % desc. Min-sample-size gate (e.g. 100 sent) → below-threshold cells render grey/unscored. Expand button still hosts Exclude + view-replies/opt-outs deep-links.
