Each item shows today's behavior (Before) vs the proposal (After) + the reasoning. Stances: Fold in now Deliverables phase Separate spec. Give me notes per item — strike, keep, or tweak.
The board's real job is "who still needs a call before they're due." A flat time-sorted list hides that. Add a day-progress strip, a time-to-appointment on each row, float imminent + still-pending rows up with an accent, and let confirmed rows recede. Reasoning: the riskiest thing — a soon-starting unconfirmed appt — becomes impossible to miss.
Today Call and Mark Confirmed are unrelated, and whether the call got tagged as the confirmation call is a mystery. After a call placed from the drawer ends (recording lands), nudge to confirm and auto-tag that call. Reasoning: this is exactly what the "call before confirming" warning wants — make the correct flow the easy one, and the tagging happens for free.
Beyond Confirmed/No-answer, add "Wrong / bad number" (flags the contact for a data fix, stops re-calling), and show attempt count + last attempt on no-answers. Reasoning: a dead number currently looks identical to "didn't pick up," so it gets called forever and drags down your reach-rate; and a no-answer is a cadence, not a verdict.
Quick-note chips in the confirm/no-answer popups, drawer ↑/↓ prev-next to work the day without closing, and a keyboard-operable slide-to-confirm (focus + Space/→). Reasoning: this is a bulk task — typing every note and mouse-only gestures are the bottleneck; and the slide needs a non-mouse path to be accessible.
Show the prospect's local time and your time. Reasoning: the lead's timezone already drives reminders; an admin/caller in another tz can easily mis-time a call or read the slot wrong. Make both explicit.
Show when it was confirmed (relative), flag a stale confirmation for an imminent appt with a one-tap re-confirm, and keep a small per-appointment audit log (who did what, when) in the drawer. Reasoning: a 4-day-old confirmation for today's slot is a show-rate risk; and "who marked this confirmed?" needs an answer.
Surface confirmation as a quality signal where clients receive the work: a Confirmation column (already planned), a "⚠ Unconfirmed" filter, and a flag on appointments delivered without ever being confirmed. Reasoning: confirmed appointments show up at a higher rate — that's exactly what a client cares about, so make it visible/filterable at delivery.
Auto-summarize (and optionally transcribe) the confirmation-call recording. Reasoning: recordings are underused — nobody re-listens. A one-line summary surfaces the substance for QA and client delivery instantly. Flagging, not pushing — it's cost + infra (transcription/LLM) and deserves its own design.
My recommendation: A–F into the appts initiative, G into the deliverables phase, H as a separate spec. Tell me which to keep/strike/tweak and I'll write the full spec around the agreed set.
