The real drawer, plus the three fixes. Centerpiece is #1: the new "Also applied (AND)" strip so you always see the sidebar filters that are combined in (they're hidden behind the dim overlay today).
The sidebar filters are combined with AND but the sidebar is dimmed behind the drawer. This read-only strip surfaces them as chips with the family tag, so the count makes sense and you can spot conflicts (e.g. sidebar State=FL but an advanced Licensed-state=TX → 0 results). "Edit in sidebar ›" jumps back.
The permanent "Has a license where…" button is gone. "Add condition" opens the field picker, where "Has a license where…" is a pinned entry in the License group — discoverable, not competing.
Enum fields already list their options. Free-text fields now show real example values from your data as you type (cached, sampled) — and format-only fields get a placeholder hint. No more blank "value" box with no idea what to type.
Static mockup — react in the terminal. I can redraw the strip (placement, chips vs. summary line), the picker treatment, or the suggestions style.
