Section visibility — flat (today) vs defined (proposed)

Same cards, same light text both sides. Left is exactly what's live now. Right adds a visible header band + divider, a soft shadow, and a greyer canvas so each section reads as its own block. This is the level I'm proposing for "a little more visible" — tell me if it's right, too much, or still too little.
