Keep today's 5-tab layout; add a status strip + action bar to the header; the "Phase 7" Communication tab becomes the real Activity timeline.
2-column record: left = profile + engagement + collapsible license/carrier/notes; right = the activity timeline as the hero, with an inline SMS composer (inbox-style).
Lowest-change: the page you know, plus a status strip + action bar and a real Activity tab. Familiar, fast to ship. Downside: the timeline is one tab among five — less of a "contact record" feel, and you toggle tabs to see profile vs activity.
Activity is the hero and always visible alongside profile + engagement at a glance — reads like a real outreach record (think a CRM contact). Downside: a bigger layout change from today; denser. My recommendation for a "full outreach record".
Static mockup — react in the terminal. Both reuse the existing lead-timeline rendering + softphone/SMS/appointment/DNC pieces; the difference is purely layout.
